Product Manager Job description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team and make an immediate impact. We are a global company specializing in digital product innovation. Double Nines works with large companies, startups, and agencies. The successful candidate will lead the development of web platforms and/or mobile applications.
This role will work cross-functionally with teams at Double Nines to champion features that enable innovative experiences for end customers. We are looking for someone who is comfortable owning a product and driving product initiatives.
Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary driver for identifying opportunities and roadmapping the company's future while considering organizational strategy and goals.
● Partner with leadership in product direction, feature definition, and customer experience decisions.
● Own a product roadmap prioritizing impactful, customer-focused solutions that align with company goals and customer needs.
● Define how we measure success as we grow and evolve the platform.
● Manage and anticipate delays, bottlenecks, or breakdowns in process, escalating as needed and helping make decisions to balance need vs. constraints.
● Be a collaborative and empathic team player and resource, and represent the team’s work and effort with leadership, customers, and partners.
Requirements
● Demonstrated success leading product feature definition, planning software release cycles, owning product roadmaps, prioritizing team effort, and efficiently communicating with cross-functional groups to release products and features.
● 2- 4+ years of product management experience owning innovative consumer-facing product features and experiences or experience in a related field.
● Ability to direct the efforts of subject matter experts to define high-level business and product requirements as they relate to organizational goals and priorities.
● Technical aptitude, an ability to understand software architecture diagrams, challenges, and risks, and an interest in the latest trends in digital marketplaces.
● Strong project management skills and excellent organizational and communication skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
